Returns Policy
Items must be returned in the following conditions:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Free of ink, rips, tears, and any abuse from mishandling
  • Free of any animal hair or smoke smell

 

Items that meet the conditions above may be returned withing 60 days of purchase date.  DO NOT RETURN ITEMS THAT DON'T MEET CRITERIA*

*Items in any other condition cannot be returned and we will be unable to provide any refund. All non complying goods will be returned to the sender at the senders expense. 

It is required that a completed return from be filled out and included in the package with the return.

Upon receipt of returned items with the filled out return form completed, items will be evaluated within 3-5 business days. A refund will be issued at Frolic + HEM's discretion based on meeting the criteria set above. If items are determined to be in returnable condition a refund will be issued immediately after inspection for the purchase price of the item minus shipping costs. This process can take 5-10 business days for the funds to reach your account. 

 

 Final Sale Items- Items sold as Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund at any time. 

 

 Promotions - Promotions  and Promo Codes are valid from the time of promotion release until the time of promotion expiration. After promo codes expire they can no longer be accepted. Promotional codes cannot be used on merchandise that has previously been purchased. If an item was purchased under a promotion code it can still be returned within 15 days and it will be refunded at the promotional price minus the cost of shipping. 

If you happen to receive a damaged or faulty item it must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. A written description of the issue must be provided as well as photos of the item that clearly shows the issue reported. These must be emailed to hello@frolicandhem.com along with the customer's contact information and order number. Replacement or refund will be provided at Frolic + HEM discretion. Frolic + HEM will provide return labels for damaged goods at its discretion.

Any item that has been washed is not eligible for exchange or refund if it developed the issue due to improper care or if the item was laundered not in accordance with the provided washing instructions on the tag.  

Please take special care when returning shoes. In order to ensure that we can resell the item the following is required of all shoe returns: 

  • Returned in original box - box cannot be smashed in
  • Shoe box cannot be used as packaging
  • Box must be free of any marking, labels or tape
  • Shoes cannot show signs of wear or be altered in any way

Any shoes that are returned that do not meet ALL of these criteria will not receive a refund and be returned to the customer at the customers expense. 

 

Exchanges

Typical sell through rates do not allow us to provide exchanges for other sizes, colors or styles. If you purchased the wrong size, color, or style, please return the item and purchase the item you would like to replace the item with. 

 

Return Process

  •  Include completed return form in your package
  • Pack the items in a way that they will not be damaged. Damaged in transit items cannot be refunded. 
  • Please ship through a service that provides tracking and insurance. Frolic + HEM is not responsible for lost returns. 
  • All costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
